Parampreet is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Specializing in myofascial release (MFR), trigger point therapy, and cervical care, she blends Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to create customized, therapeutic treatments.

After moving to Fort McMurray in 2021, Parampreet continues to help clients find relief from pain and stress through personalized, healing experiences. Her approach focuses on improving mobility and overall wellness with a deep understanding of the body’s needs.
